Junior Cooks’ Club is open to all Year 8 pupils. This club is very popular and meets after school twice weekly: Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 3.30-4.45pm to make a range of sweet and savoury treats in a fun and social atmosphere. The maximum number of pupils per day must not exceed 20. Some of the recipes prepared include Fruit Cookies, Loaded Potato Skins and Eve’s Pudding. Pupils are encouraged to participate in school events such as European Day of Languages and competitions. Recently a number of pupils entered a local Christmas Cup Cakes competition.
