Banbridge Academy’s Girls’ U13 Table Tennis team has won the All Ireland final in Dublin.  The girls have worked really hard and trained with great dedication, resulting in reaching the pinnacle of our sport in Ireland.

The team has now won the  Ulster and Irish Championship in the same year which is, I believe,  a first for the sport of Table Tennis at the Academy.

Individually, Ruby Bushby won a Silver Medal at the recent Ulster Championship and Abbie Wylie a Bronze.  Lara Crothers won the Consolation Plate and Jodie Simmons was runner in the Consolation Plate.
