Banbridge Academy’s A2 Sports Science class recently organised a very successful charity multi-sport event as part of their coursework. Aaron Nelson Sports and Fitness kindly sponsored two instructors for the day who supervised a ninja assault course and giant crab football tournament. In all, 150 pupils took the opportunity to participate and everyone enjoyed an energetic and fun activity. The class chose Disability Sport NI as their nominated charity and it is hoped that, with the help of a class collection, they will raise approximately £250 from the event. The organisers were: Emily Cantley, Amy Rooney, Helene Price, Nicole Haslem, Claire Small, Oren Shimmons and Josh McAdam.
