The recipe book compiled in memory of our late colleague and friend Jayne Friar is now available.
If you would like to buy a copy, please speak to any member of the Home Economics Department and they can distribute a copy to you. The cost in £5 and all proceeds will be divided between Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research. This has been the request of Paul, Jayne’s husband. It is a lovely book and our thanks go to everyone who helped put it together.
