GCE Celebrating Excellence 2015

Two Banbridge Academy pupils finished first in Northern Ireland A Level Examinations. On Thursday 17 December 2015 in the Grand Hall at Parliament Buildings, Stormont as special reception took place to celebrate the success of those candidates who obtained 1st place in A Levels in Northern Ireland Summer 2015.  Two of Banbridge Academy’s pupils were honoured at the reception – Josh Black who finished first in Northern Ireland in A Level Art and Design and Christopher Sayers who finished first in Northern Ireland in A Level Further Mathematics were awarded their certificates by the Northern Ireland Examinations Authority CCEA to recognise their tremendous achievement. Mr McLoughlin, Principal, congratulated Josh and Christopher on their wonderful success and congratulated their parents and teachers for all of the support which helped them fulfil their potential.  He also wished them every success in their future careers and took the opportunity to commend all of the Sixth Form, who left the School last year, on their outstanding achievements.
