The standard of swimming was excellent, with tight races between teams. It’s a fast and frenetic event with events coming round quickly. Many swimmers were in multiple events so once they finished one event they were lining up quickly for the next. All swimmers paid their respects impeccably during the ceremony, observing the minute’s silence and by the performance they put in.
Special mention to Tara Kennedy and Samantha Burns-Atkin who won the Under 14 Girls 200 Medley with their team.
