Banbridge Academy’s A2 Sports Science class held a Charity Fun Fitness day in school on Thursday 20 December.

The boys organised five local fitness instructors to come into school and take classes in various disciplines.

The classes were very well attended and each participant fundraised for the nominated charity; Disability Sport NI. The organising committee was: Harry Campbell, Ben Heaney, Alex Donnelly, Stephen Hanna & Scott Dale.

The local instructors who so generously gave up their time were: Linda Cassidy of Bodybox, Jeff Ross of Fusion Fitness, Stevie McCusker from Knowledge Gym, Jemma Jackson from JJ Coaching & Fitness and Ros Dobson Pilates.

The boys would like to express their thanks to everyone who made the day so successful.
