Getting Access to the Parent App
From September 2018, all Banbridge Academy School Reports will be published through SIMS Parents App only i.e. paper copies of School Reports will no longer be issued but will be available to download within the SIMS Parent App.
For your information the SIMS Parent App Acceptable Use Policy is available to view on the School website and further information about signing up can be found at http://www.banbridgeacademy.org.uk/news/sims-parent-app/.
If you have returned the Parental Access Form but you are experiencing difficulty accessing the App please follow the guidance below:

| I can’t download the Parent App | SIMS Parent is accessible online at https://www.sims-parent.co.uk/.
This does not require an App to be installed on a Phone or tablet and can be accessed via any web browser. |
| I have not received an email invitation. | If you have not yet received a registration email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
Contact the School and leave your details so we may check that the email address we have for you is correct and then re-issue an invitation. |
| I have registered but can no longer access the App. | In school we can unregister your account and resend an invitation, you will need to complete the sign-up process again. |
| I have followed the steps listed above, including following the guidance on the school website and I am unable to gain access. | Contact the School and leave your details so we may investigate the problem. |
