Getting Access to the Parent App

From September 2018, all Banbridge Academy School Reports will be published through SIMS Parents App only i.e. paper copies of School Reports will no longer be issued but will be available to download within the SIMS Parent App.

If you have returned the Parental Access Form but you are experiencing difficulty accessing the App please follow the guidance below:

This does not require an App to be installed on a Phone or tablet and can be accessed via any web browser.

I have not received an email invitation. If you have not yet received a registration email, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.

Contact the School and leave your details so we may check that the email address we have for you is correct and then re-issue an invitation.

I have registered but can no longer access the App. In school we can unregister your account and resend an invitation, you will need to complete the sign-up process again.
