Banbridge Academy has recently embarked on a new partnership with forward thinking careers platform PeopleHawk. Paul Kinney (CEO) and Alistair Craig (CTO) visited the school on 27 March, for a launch event where they delivered an overview of the system to pupils in years 12 to 14.
PeopleHawk markets itself as a revolutionary integrated platform designed to help organisations better manage talent. Businesses around the world are already using it to streamline recruitment processes, but for pupils in Banbridge it offers a valuable training ground in some of the core aspects of recruitment today and in the future, including pschometric testing, video interviewing and resumes.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Bond, Head of the Careers department, said, “We are delighted to have begun this relationship with PeopleHawk and look forward to seeing how it can help our young people prepare for the future and make the best of their skills and personal attributes.”
He added, “We hope that this event has inspired our students to explore what they are good at and consider where their talent can take them. ”
