The Banbridge Academy Archers took part in the Archery Ni Schools’ Cup competition on Saturday 23^rd March at Belfast Royal Academy assisted by NI Civil Service Archery Club.

This year the competition was bigger and more competitive than ever with an increased entry of over 100 archers representing 29 different schools from across Northern Ireland. Competitors ranged from P7-Year 14 in Barebow, Recurve and Compound Archery.

In their first year entering the competition, Banbridge Academy came away as the Archery NI Schools’ Cup Team Champions 2024!  Huge congratulations to Isaac Smyth, Emily Smyth, Irene Ding, Tomas Purdy, Eaomon O’Duil, Melina Kinkaid and Caitlyn Topping many of whom had individual success as well as being crowned overall School Champions.
