Essential Skills for Life

Pupils from Years 8-10 at Banbridge Academy were involved in a series of Personal Development workshops this week. Speakers from ‘Young Enterprise’, ‘Gambling with Lives’, ‘Futureproof’ and ‘REIM’ facilitated sessions on Personal Economics and Finance, Gambling Awareness, Internet Safety, Body Image/Self-Esteem. In addition, Mrs Morrison led an extremely informative session on ‘Learning how to Learn’.
